PD系列气动盘式制动器,广泛应用于中小型驱动机构的停车制动或减速制动。卷绕
机构的张紧制动,如造纸厂卷纸张紧、新闻印刷时新闻纸的张紧控制、钢板(钢丝)卷展开张
紧及电线电缆放线、放缆张紧控制等。
Application:
PD series Pneumatic Disc Brakes are widely used for speed reducing ,stopping/braking of the low or medium torque
driving mechanism. The brakes can also be applied as tension brake on winding machineries, such as: paper-web tension
control, news paper publishing tension control, steel unwind control, wire and cable reel unwind tension etc.

Main feature:
■Compact structure and small size, light. It is easy to control and operate.
■Normally-closed type: spring applied and pneumatically release; Normally-opened type, air pressure applied and spring
opens, which brake force can be adjusted by variety air pressure.
■The pneumatic actuator is made in Italy with high reliability and quality.
■The linings are of inserting installation style and non-asbestos. It is easy to be replaced.
■结构紧凑、体积小、动作灵敏、重量轻、使用方便。
■有常闭式设计:弹簧制动,气动释放(开闸);有常开式设计：由气压制动，弹簧释放，制动力可
随气压的改变而变化,使用时可根据需要灵活改变。
■采用意大利进口气包，可靠性高，使用寿命长。
■插装式无石棉衬垫，更换十分方便、快捷。
磨损到限位位置时的联锁(或信号指示)自动功能。限位开关一般为机械式和接近式两种形式(由
用户选择，无选择时提供接近开关)。机械式开关的电源一般为：机械 AC250/ZA DC480V/ZA;接
近 AC20~250V/3~400mA,DC10~300V/3~300mg。
■如有特殊需要也可按用户要求设计(在订货时需注明)。
■适合的环境温度：-20~+60℃。
■最大工作压力：7bar。
■气源要求：通入气包的压缩空气应干燥、洁净，不能
含有腐蚀性气体。
■安装方式：适合于水平轴或垂直轴制动方式。水平
轴制动方式时，可沿制动盘周围任意角度安装，但最
好是水平安装；垂直轴制动方式时，角度不限。一个制
动盘，可安装一台制动器，也可安装两台或两台以上制
动器，但安装两台或两台以上时建议尽量对称安装。
■制动器可根据需要设置释放(开闸)限位和衬垫磨损限
位开关，以实现释放联锁(或故障显示)自动功能
